Today we arrived in Mykonos, Greece. We had to tender into the port since it is such a small place. The lines were not too long and the city provided boats so we made it ashore pretty quickly. We wandered the shore line and into town. It is a small town with some shops, restaurants, and houses. We found the windmills took some pictures and headed to the beach. LL loved the beach. Her and S got in the water and went swimming. I took some pictures which S says looks like I was trying to make and ad for Norwegian. I also tried to stay out of the water. It was chilly, but I did get my feet in. LL loved splashing around and doing her best baby Baywatch impressions. She actually made other people nervous as she would run and dive under water. We stayed for around an hour and once LL was cold, we dried off and headed into town to find some Gyros for lunch. We found them and they were amazing! We had a chicken and a pork Gyro and then had to order another pork one because they were just that yummy. We then headed back to the ship. It was a short day in port but a great one. The town was just a small quiet town. Everything was white buildings with blue shutters. When we arrived we were the only ship there so it was fairly empty. Then another ship arrived and the town suddenly became kinda crowded. It was a great day and amazingly a place we would love to return to. It was just paradise.
