Halloween

Well another Halloween has come and gone. Unfortunately there was a problem with our memory card so the majority of our pictures have been lost. Though there are a few from my phone. Little Lady had 5 different events to dress for and was 5 different things. None of which were the paw patrol police dog chase that she requested in August and talked about non stop until the day of. Go figure. This year Little Lady was Aurora, a witch, rapunsel, a pink fairy, and Cinderella. Uncle rob those princess outfits you sent for Christmas last year really got a work out at Halloween. We had a preschool party, a neighborhood party, school day party, a friend's birthday, and then Halloween trick or treating. LL chose to trick or treat with dad this year and I stayed behind to hand out candy. Almost 1000 pieces were given away. I had to slow down when we were half way through the candy only an hour in. The evening ended with us going to a friend's house and hanging out with the ambassador and his daughter. It was a great night.

Happy birthday Marines!

Happy 240th birthday marines! Thank you for all that you do, have done, and will do for us.

One of the many perks we have in this embassy lifestyle is getting to celebrate the Marine Corps birthday every year with the Marine Corps Birthday Ball. This year we had a fabulous babysitter. I had the most comfortable dress. I even had the most handsome date possible. Despite my lovely case of bronchitis we had a wonderful time.

Thank you to everyone who did a great job putting together such a wonderful night.

I forgot to tel S that the car was out of gas so running late we still had to stop to get some.

Sorry it is a picture of a picture but you get the idea.
