Busy busy day

Today we went to the house for the first time. I can honestly tell you we were a bit scared to see it. To our amazement the inside of our house is as if we never left. It looks exactly the same. Except for a stray fork in the dishwasher, a random wood shelf in the garage, and an entertainment center left in the basement it was great. Then there was the outside. What a jungle! There are trees growing in random places. You physically cannot enter the yard because the trees are so over grown. They lay on the roof. The bushes cover the walkways. They let vines climb all over the house and even In between the windows and screens. We need a chain saw to even get through this. Kinda crazy. We then checked out some cars at carmax. We put one on hold while I went to my gastro dr. That was fun.  She shook her head about my medications and then ordered a bunch of tests. Blood work, antibody tests, dexa bone scans, and a colonoscopy. It is going to be a fun month!  We grabbed a quick lunch at b dubs and then headed back to the dealer. We took a test drive and then bought a car. Woohoo! We returned the rental, had dinner with some friends, and returned to the hotel 12 hours after we left this morning. I am so glad it is the weekend and we can relax. 

Fountain drinks are evil. I had pretty well kicked the pop habit before this.

The guy's name was Kevin. If you are at carmax Dulles stop by and see him. He was easy to work with, fun to talk to, and grabbed a bow for us and took this fun picture.
