Lego Exhibit

So over the holiday we decided to check out Christmas Markets (as explained in my previous post) and as we set out to find them we decided to try the one at the National Arena. It was terrible but we heard there was Ice skating and a slide and fun things to do inside. We were determined to make the best of our adventure that day so we went to check it out. It looked fun enough and wasn't too crowded. Little Lady was willing to try. Her feet were too small. They only had skates size 27 and she is a 24 (US Toddler 8) They said she could go in her shoes with me as she would use an assist seal...yeah...it is a seal shaped plastic thing that kids can ride on or push for balance. OK that would work...only catch there was a 45 minute wait before we could have ice time. Standing around for 45 minutes with a 3 year old did not sound fun. Change in plans again...Right on the other side of the ice things was a Lego Exhibit. It did not appear to be too crowded and Little Lady and S wanted to see some legos so in we went. It was actually pretty neat. Little Lady loved looking at all of the stuff and loved pushing the buttons even more. She was able to push all the buttons and see everything. Though after about an hour and a half we were hungry and had had enough Legos for one day. She still talks about them though and her mega blocks which she calls legos have been getting quite the work out since. Maybe the Easter Bunny will bring some legos this year.
